B2B Prospector, Appointment & Lead Generator
Elektrim Motors, an AC electric motor manufacturer, is looking for an outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented and technically-minded individual to engage and prospect OEMs by making outbound cold calls and and setting up qualified sales appointments for our outside sales team.
This is a great opportunity for engineering students or other mechanically-minded individuals who want to expand upon their skill set.
We provide a competitive base wage plus bonuses based on performance.
Contact and qualify prospects to build a steady pipeline of qualified appointments for outside sales team to meet with potential customers
Research and identify companies that fit our ideal prospect profile and add to CRM database
Make ≥ 60 outbound cold calls /day, and set x ≥ 4 appointments /day
Strong listening and probing skills to identify business needs, desires and opportunities
Willing to take on tough challenges and find new ways of being successful
Passion and perseverance for new business
Possess strong data entry skills and proficiency in Windows based environment
Ability to think on your feet and write and speak clearly, effectively and professionally
Takes responsibility and ownership for their own results to meet daily and weekly performance metrics
Be self-directed, detail-oriented and driven to succeed
Have an outgoing, high energy personality
B2B sales experience, especially in power transmission or other technical industry, is a plus
College degree preferred (pursuing or completed)
Our appointment setters take on additional responsibilities such as general customer support, order entry and some light admin duties as needed when other team members are out of the office.
